“We didn’t have time to test all of that.”

Tickets untested.
QA stretched too thin.
Problems hitting production.

The real effort in QA isn’t running tests.

It’s reading requirements and writing the test suite. Before a single test runs, someone has to understand what the ticket asks for, see what it leaves out, and write down what has to be true when it is done.

That is where the time goes. When QA is stretched, this is the work that gets skipped — and what was never analysed is never tested.

That is the effort we give to AI. The responsibility stays with a person.

Quality assurance is all we do.

We are not an AI vendor that discovered testing. We are testers who use AI where it carries the load.

Requirements analysis, test design, test automation and the testing of AI and LLM applications — as one connected discipline, not as separate services. Close to thirty years of test architecture and quality management stand behind it.

And we don’t let AI sign off its own work. Unreviewed AI output only gets problems into production faster.

What that changes.

That is our own figure from our own work: tickets taken through analysis and test design per day.

20–30 tickets a day. Where it used to be 3–5.

Yours will depend on how your tickets are written and how quickly questions get answered. We don’t promise a number. We show you ours, and how we get there.

It only works if someone answers.

The AI asks when a requirement is unclear. If nobody answers, nothing gets faster.

What we need from you
